 The world has been seriously affected due to the pandemic COVID-19. With the far-reaching effects of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, as well as Japan’s recently-expanded state of emergency declaration, various numbers of anime were postponed without the exact date of rescheduling. Not only anime but some of the biggest projects and events were also postponed for the time being.

So, Here is the Rescheduled Date of the Anime Which Were delayed!

• Sword Art Online Alicization War of the Underworld Part 2:Sword art online is a very popular si-fi, action anime which is gaining a ton of fans from its origin i.e July 2012 due to its interesting plot. In this anime, people get stuck in a virtual MMO game in which death in the game means dying in the real world. It has three seasons the last part of the third season is yet to be released. The official website for Sword Art Online announced on April 10 that the second cour, and final chapter, of Sword Art Online Alicization War of Underworld, which was scheduled to premiere on April 25 and got delayed due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. The website also confirmed the next season is slated to premiere on July 11.

• Re: ZERO-Starting Life in Another World-Season 2: Re: ZERO Season 1 was very popular among the anime fans and they were eagerly waiting for season 2 to come. After 4 years of the release of the 1'st season The official website for the TV anime of Re: ZERO-Starting Life in Another World announced on March 9 that the second season, which was scheduled to start in April would be postponed to July 2020 due to the global effects of the coronavirus.

                        

• Food Wars! The Fifth Plate: The fifth plate of Food Wars was already Released on April 11, 2020. After premiering two episodes i.e "Final Exams" and "The BLUE Preliminaries" fans were pretty hyped up, but the third episode "Noir" got delayed. On April 17 The official Food wars! Shokugeki no soma website announced there will be a delay in the broadcast of new episodes for Food Wars! The official Toei Animation Twitter account announced on April 20 that future episodes of One Piece: WANO KUNI will go on delay due to the effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19). But the rescheduled date of One Piece hasn't been official yet. • BORUTO: Naruto Next Generations: Boruto is the Next Generation ongoing series of All-time popular Naruto anime. It was premiered from 9 May 2016 till now reaching to 154 episodes. After 154 episodes it was also delayed. TV TOKYO announced that new episodes of BORUTO will be due to the worldwide pandemic on April 20. But the rescheduled date of BORUTO hasn't been official yet. • The Promised Neverland Season 2: The Promised Neverland a dark fantasy, Thriller shonen anime was perhaps one of the best animes of winter 2019. Which also got Postponed and will start premiering from January 2021 as per the official website of the TV anime adaptation of The Promised Neverland.

• The Irregular at Magic High Season 2: The Irregular at Magic High School is an Action, Fantasy, School Shonen Anime which originally premiered on April 6, 2014. It made its way to one of the most popular action anime of 2014 and 2015. As expected, Due to the popularity of the first season, the second season of The Irregular at Magic High School was announced and was scheduled for July. The official website for The Irregular at Magic High School announced on April 24 that the upcoming second season, has been postponed to October 2020 

• Black Clover: Black clover original TV series started from October 3,2017 after two years of the release of its manga. Black clover is an action, comedy,  and shonen anime from TV Tokyo. due to its interesting plots, it has gained a lot of popularity and large amounts of fans. Black clover was a continuous anime from 2017 having a total of 132 episodes, having 51 episodes in the first two seasons and 31 episodes in season 3. Well black clover is continuing in season 3 but it got delayed. The official Black Clover  TV anime website announced April 27 that new episodes, starting from May 5, of Black Clover, will be delayed due to the State of Emergency and ongoing effects of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Japan, with no confirmation of the rescheduled date. • HAIKYU!! TO THE TOP: HAIKU!! An Anime that is known by almost all anime fans around the world. It is also the top-ranked sports anime of this decade and probably one of the top sports anime that ever existed. It got its anime adaptation on April 6, 2014, after 2 years of publication of its manga. it has for 4 seasons till now, season 1 from episode 1 to 25, season 2 from 26 to 50, season 3 from episode 51 to 60 and season 4 from episode 61 to 73.The 2nd part of the latest Haikyu!! TV anime season was previously scheduled to air from July. The official website for the HAIKYU!! TO THE TOP TV anime announced on May 22 that the second cour of the TV anime series, which had its first cour broadcast from January to March 2020

• That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 2: That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime is An anime television series adaptation aired from October 2, 2018 to March 19, 2019 on Tokyo MX. It is a fantasy, isekai anime with awesome plot lines and proper narration. After its publication, it became very famous and made its list to one top anime of the year with 25 episodes in the first season. After publishing the last episode a certain time later the second season was also confirmed and originally planned to air in October 2020 but due to pandemic, it got delayed. The official website for That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 2 announced today that the broadcast of the second season will be delayed until January 2021. Its  Season 2 will be split cour, with Part 1 airing in January 2021 and Part 2 scheduled to air in July 2021.

• Is It Wrong to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon (Danmachi!): Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? ( Danjon ni Deai o Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darō ka), also known as DanMachi is an action fantasy shonen anime officially released from April 4, 2015, by Tokyo MX, SUN, KBS, BS11, AT-X, TV Aichi. It currently has two seasons with one movie named Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?: Arrow of the Orion and two OVA's. from the official account of danmachi on May 30 as the third season of the Danmachi TV anime has been postponed from its scheduled July broadcast to October due to the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) affecting "broadcast and distribution" on the series.
