Eren Yeager is the main character/protagonist of anime Shingeki No Kyojin, better known as Attack On Titan in the western community. He is the son of Grisa Yeager's 2'nd wife Carla Yeager. whereas, Zeke Yeager is the son of Grisa Yeager 1'st wife Dina Fritz.
Eren Yeager gained the Attack Titan and Founder Titan abilities from his father Grisa Yeager. Who was sent on a mission from "the Owl"(Eren Kruger) to infiltrate the Walls and take the Founding Titan from the Reiss family, and was given the power of the Attack Titan to do so? Grisa Yeager completed the mission by devouring Frieda who had possession of founding titan. later Grisa Yeager, turned Eren into an abnormal titan so Eren could eat his father to get the powers of the attack and founding titan. because if a human turns into a titan and eats a titan shifter they get the powers of the titan's shifter that they ate.In the case of Zeke Yeager, At the age of 17, Zeke became the eldest of the Warrior candidates to be selected to receive the power of the Titans, inheriting the Beast Titan from Ksaver in the year 842.
Well, Eren Yeager is the only person who has the absolute ability of the Former Titan but, only true holders of royal bloodline (like Historia) can activate and use powers of Founding Titan. Eren is not a member of the Royal family and can ONLY use its ability by touching them or, potentially by eating the royal bloodline.
On the other hand, Zeke Yeager's beast titan ability is pretty much similar to the Founder titans ability. he can also control other titans by injecting his spinal fluid in the Titan serum.
However, we do have to keep in mind that he only has control over the Titans he has converted using his Spinal Fluid. This makes his ability very limited.
The Coordinate ability doesn’t have such restrictions in addition to a bunch of few other amazing abilities.

Now here comes the best part Unlike Eren, Zeke has royal blood from his mother and can use the former titan ability, but to obtain the founding titan’s power, he would have to kill and eat Eren, which he doesn’t want.
His main plan, in the end, is to euthanize all the Eldians so that no more Eldians could live and reproduce, ending the titans completely. Eren agrees to his plans and so, the brothers are currently trying to meet up so that both could use harness the powers and euthanize the Eldians since if Eren comes into contact with a royal blood holder, he could use his founding titan’s power.
